Kay Culpepper Pearson, 73, of Pelham died Saturday, August 18, 2018 at her residence in Pelham, GA.
A memorial service will be held 2:00-4:00 PM on Saturday, August 25, 2018 at The Cotton Community Club House in Cotton, GA.
Born July 10, 1945 in Mitchell County, Kay was the daughter of the late Cecil and Josephine Riggs and the late Joel and Sara Culpepper. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Willis and two sisters, Jackie Riggs and Kathy Bickers.
She was a retired Bookkeeper and a member of Harmony Baptist Church.
Survivors include two brothers, Cecil Riggs and wife Teresa of Cordele, GA , and Bennie Riggs and wife Elizabeth of Shreveport, LA; three sisters, Brenda Womack and husband Jim of Fitzgerald, Laurette Hayes and husband Randy of Camilla and Adolyn White of Camilla; Niece, Lenzy Barber and husband B.J. of Albany and son, Ralph Pearson and wife Holli of Nashville, TN. She was Mawmaw to four grandchildren, Harmony, Logan, Braxton and Beckam of Nashville, TN.
Additional family members include an Uncle, James Culpepper and wife Gloria of Meigs, GA and Aunts, Frances Billings of Damascus, GA and Lynette Crawford of Thomasville, GA.; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. Erica and Rayshon Walker, Micah, Haven and Sarina; Beth and Robbie Jones and Ryhs; John Riggs and Brett; Ben and Paige Riggs and Levi; Brandy and Mike Boatwright; Hunter Bickers.
