Guy Pringle Branch

Guy P. Branch, age 85 died Tuesday August 29, 2023 at his granddaughters home in Eastman.                                                                                                                                                                                    He was born and raised in Macon Georgia. His parents, Guy P Branch Sr and Mary E Branch preceded him in death. He joined the US Navy at the age of 17. He was stationed for many years in Brunswick, Maine. Retired US Navy in 1974 worked many years at the US Postal Service in Bolingbrook Georgia, where he lived for many years. He loved country music and loved to sing with his favorite local band, The Sugarcreek Band. He is survived by his sister Glenda (Emory) Duckworth, one son, Guy P Branch III, daughters, Shelly Branch Paquette, Diana Branch Staples(Tracy Staples) and Catherine Hennessey (Jay). 10 Grandchildren, Jason Paquette, Melissa McElman, Lacey Borders, Rhett Borders, Nathan Staples, Maxwell Staples. 6 great grandchildren with one on the way.
