Jarvis Terry Fowler, age 72 of Sylvester died Sunday January 17, 2021 at Phoebe Putney Hospital in Albany.

With current restriction in place, Private family service will be held at a later date.

Jarvis was born January 19, 1948 in Sylvester, Ga. He was plant manager at Peach State Home for more than 30 years. He enjoyed NASCAR and was a Ford Mustang enthusiast.

Survivors include his children, Mark (Wendy) Fowler, Kim F. Sorenson and Chad (Mya) Fowler, eight grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, one brother and one sister.
