Laurie Ann Delaney-Harper, age 55 of Nashville, died Monday, January 18, 2021 at Tift Regional Medical Center.
Laurie was born August 10, 1965 in Orlando, Florida to the late Manuel Rendon and Ellen Ford Rendon. Laurie was a devoted mother, beloved grandmother, and a friend to many. She enjoyed expressing her love for her family through home-cooked meals, recipes handed down from her father. She loved sleepovers with her grandchildren, playing with her pups, and spending time with family and friends. She savored the friends she made while being employed as a warehouse worker for Target Distribution Center. Laurie truly adored the simple things in life.
Survivors include her children, Rebecca (Justin) Cornelius, TJ (Mandi) Delaney, nine grandchildren, her mother, Ellen Barnes, one brother, Manuel Rendon, two sisters, Richelle Watts and Donna Whittington.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Harper, and one son, Justin Harper.
With current restrictions in place, a private Celebration of Life will be held at Reflection Funeral Services on Saturday, January 23, 2021.
