Obituary
Wrilla Barbara Childree, age 85 of Poulan died Tuesday April 25, 2023 at her home.
Ms. Childree was born June 6, 1937 in Wilmington, NC. to the late Claude and Thelma Sheppard Pierce. She moved to Worth Co. after the death of her husband and enjoyed living in the country and caring for the horses she and her family owned. She began a love for water coloring in her late 60’s and became quiet good at it.
Survivors include two daughters, Joan Price and Barbara Bryant, three grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Rex Herschel Childree, one daughter, Lynn Williams, one brother and one sister.
