“I didn't end up using their services but they still treated me with compassion and care! After I had called at 10:00 pm to arrange the pickup of my father, my stepmother insisted we use a funeral home that was closer (and more expensive). To keep the peace, I agreed to this and called Jack back, trying to catch him before things progressed. Unfortunately, he had already headed out in the cold to get things ready. I apologized the best I could and despite the fact that we had messed up his evening and would not be customers, he only expressed sympathy for our loss and wished us the best. To me, that sort of understanding and professionalism is the sign of a real class act. Highly recommended!”

“Loosing a child at only 13 months old was the hardest thing I have ever gone through. Mike showed us so much compassion and love through the whole experience, from the first phone call I could tell we made the right choice by selecting yall. Mike called me and explained what would happen and what the next steps would be, he also went out of his way to call us and tell us that he had picked up my baby from Wolfsons Children’s Hospital in Florida and was bringing him home. I really hope he knows how much that meant to us. From helping us select everything we needed to showing so much love to my son, I knew that this was extremely hard for him as he explained to us he was a grandfather to 2 precious babies around the same age as my son. There are really no words to describe to express how thankful I am for the care yall showed my baby! Thank you all so much and I will never forget this.”
